Instrument Sales
Depending on your application and needs, our technology can be easily integrated into your manufacturing facility. The process is readily translatable to your current production methods by simply integrating our system with your existing industrial collection vessels. Our Instrumentation Sales and Support services will help you get up and running and support you thereafter.
Proof of Concept Engagements
Proof of concept engagements demonstrate how PPF meets your specific needs. A compelling PPF feature is the flexibility of forming materials (i.e., core, shell, coating, suspensions). This allows us to screen and identify microparticles or microcapsules that facilitate your desired outcomes. Phase 1 proof-of concept studies focus on identifying appropriate processing conditions, including processing conditions, materials, and particle sizes; nozzle design; characterization of flow performance; and characterization of microspheres including size, size distribution, and morphology.
Scalability Analysis
Once proof of concept is complete, we will help you determine how the technology will work for you in full-scale production. PPF has scaled to production rates of more than 1 kg/min using a single nozzle. Using multiple nozzles, you can satisfy almost any conceivable need (thousands of kg/hr) incorporating PPF with conventional industry collection vessels.
